This unit is brand new. While it was installed on the van, it was never operated. Electric Lift, attaches to class III trailer hitch, This unit is an Outlander, also made by Pride Mobility. New owner will need to purchase the wiring harness that powers this lift. Valley Medical Supply, where these items are being sold on consignment, can order it for you and install it as well. Again, this unit was installed on the car, but never used. These things are in very good shape.
